The staff was helpful. My room was clean. I found the location to be very convenient for transport. The room was equipped well. It felt cute and was kept clean. The bathroom was also done to a good standard. The hotel was located centrally. It was near a train station. The staff were really helpful and friendly. GREAT staff!
The reception area was small. It was within a narrow corridor, THAT'S ALL. My room was also quite small. There was a large mirror on the wall. The bathroom was small, TOO. It looked newly refurbished. The shower was a little under-powered.

i had a really nice and neat stay! the provided mini fridge, microwave, and complimentary tea/coffee were great. the location is super convenient, near paddington station. it.
the reception area felt a little small, being situated within a narrow corridor.

my room was cleaned every day, which i appreciated, and i had a good rest. the room included a tv and facilities for making tea and coffee, very helpful for unwinding after a busy day.

the staff greeted me with a smile every time, it was very cheerful! the reception staff was super helpful and always available to answer my questions, i really appreciated that, it made the stay much more easier.

the hotel is situated on a beautiful, quiet street, i enjoyed this a lot. it is very close to paddington station. the proximity meant that getting to other areas of the city was effortless, so amazing!

there are some restaurants located nearby, i loved this. it was easy to find options for dinner. having diverse dining choices within walking distance made my stay a lot more interesting.

The location was pretty good. It was close to Paddington station and some restaurants.
The rooms need paint. I also think maybe all the amenities needs SOME updates.
